Description

CyberRisks 765

These days most organizations are very much aware of Cyber Security risks. As a result these organizations, assisted by knowledgeable consultants, are working hard on protecting themselves against Cyber Security threats.

When we talk about Cyber Security Risks, we talk about preventing hackers from stealing sensible data and prevent hackers from tampering with your equipment. Like many other complicated 'major hazards' risks, it is not always easy to get an overview of risks - and to understand how to manage these risks.

We aim to make risks understandable. We believe in a 'barrier based' approach to risk management. This means: understanding the relations between all relevant aspects of 'major hazards', in a visual manner. This will allow you to understand the context - and to understand what 'barriers' are critical for your mission critical processes. Applying the bowtie method will help you to get an overview to understand what the context is - and which barriers you should focus on to manage your risk.

Seminar

Please come to our Innovation Center in Leidschendam for a complimentary seminar on this topic. We will give a short presentation about how the visual and qualitative bowtie method can be used to understand and manage cyber security risks.

And we have guest speakers from Fox-IT and Rolls Royce. Fox IT is a company that is specialized in assisting clients with Cyber Security solutions. Rolls Royse is using the bowtie approach as a means to get overview and understand where their vulnarabilities are and what should be done about it.
