Support & Maintenance subscription

CGE works on the continuous improvement of the bowtie software, with regular updates and new features. To benefit from these improvements we offer Support & Maintenance. A valid Support & Maintenance contract entitles you to the adequate and fast assistance of our support team. On top of that, the newest versions of our software will be available for you to work with.

With a valid Support & Maintenance subscription you are entitled to:

  • free updates and upgrades of the software within your license type
  • technical and methodological support  (9 am – 5 pm CET*)
  • 2 hours to review your bowties by one of our product specialists
  • free license transfers to another device or another user
  • free webinars to improve your barrier based software skills
  • 10% discount on the Safety Culture & Human Factors course by Prof. dr. Jop Groeneweg
    *Every Monday to Friday with the exception of Dutch bank holidays.
