Support & Maintenance subscription
CGE works on the continuous improvement of the bowtie software, with regular updates and new features. To benefit from these improvements we offer Support & Maintenance.
With a valid Support & Maintenance subscription you are entitled to:
- technical and methodological support (9 am – 5 pm CET*)
- response time on emails in less than 4 business hours*
- free updates and upgrades of the software within your license type
- free access to webinars to improve your barrier based software skills
*Every Monday to Friday with the exception of Dutch bank holidays.
