This training will be conducted in English
This Tripod Beta Training teaches participants the Tripod theory and approach, and how to investigate and analyze operational disturbances. In addition, the supporting software facilitates the analysis of and reporting on operational disturbances by the investigation team. It helps to explicitly identify underlying causes and take corrective action, improving process and safety performance.
Geniozz / Oscar Diederich will be facilitating the training: Oscar is both an accredited and experienced Tripod Beta Trainer and Investigator and brings lots of experience from different industries to the room.
Participants will spend part of the time in groups to work on cases in order to facilitate a mix of theory and practice. Participants are encouraged to bring in their own ideas and ‘real life’ cases. The key objective is to expand participants’ skills to quickly and effectively apply the Tripod Beta methodology and software in practice.
Participants will be provided with a trial license for the IncidentXP software, which will remain valid for 30 days after activation.
