During the course, you will experience the full analysis process using several realistic case studies. You will structure evidence in a timeline and analyze the information in a visual Barrier Failure Analysis model. You will not only analyze the failed barriers but also prioritize the recommendations which will make the biggest safety impact on your system. This will be done through hands on exercises with posters and software.
